AI-assisted knowledge tools
Help people find and review useful answers.
AI can assist with finding approved information, sorting incoming material or preparing a draft for review. We scope tools around a specific task and the people responsible for checking the result.
Begin with information you trust
An internal help tool needs current, approved material. We review how that material is organised, who maintains it and which questions the tool may answer. A search interface may be enough; an AI feature is chosen when it offers a useful benefit.
For a service business, the first task could be helping staff find preparation instructions or draft a reply from an approved policy. We separate that from actions such as granting refunds, changing bookings or making professional recommendations.
Set useful limits and review points
- Source-backed knowledge lookup and visible references.
- Classification or summarisation of agreed material.
- Draft responses for a person to approve.
- Test questions, including missing and conflicting information.
- A way to correct, pause or remove the feature.
Privacy, provider terms and overseas access are considered before real customer or staff information is used. Demonstrations can begin with invented sample records. Legal and regulatory conclusions require the appropriate advisers.
Judge it by the task
We test whether the output is useful, understandable and within scope. Confident language does not make an answer correct. Your release plan identifies who reviews the results and what happens when the tool cannot answer safely.
Bring a small set of questions and the material staff currently use to answer them. Our approved-answer guide explains a practical way to prepare.
