A worked example
Scenario: a service business receives enquiries from customers outside its normal area. Staff spend time clarifying the location before they can respond.
First project: explain the actual coverage, collect a suburb or postcode and show the office a clear request summary. Requests outside the normal area can be reviewed manually rather than rejected blindly.
Acceptance: try a covered location, an unsupported location and a customer who is unsure. Check the phone experience and the information received by staff.
This is a fictional planning example. It makes no claim about a completed client project or financial result.
