Privacy & working terms

A clear starting point.

How we handle enquiries and agree the work.

Your enquiry

Faith Forge Labs uses the name, email address, subject and message you submit to review and respond to your enquiry. Your enquiry is handled through the main Faith Forge Labs website and may be accessed from the United States. Do not include passwords, identity documents or confidential customer records.

For a question about your enquiry or to request correction or deletion, email faithforgelabsllc@gmail.com. We will consider the request and any information we need to retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. This notice does not promise that every record can be deleted immediately.

Website measurement

This website uses Google Analytics and privately operated Matomo analytics to understand visits and actions such as enquiries. Analytics can use cookies and device information. Your browser controls and blocking tools may limit collection. Additional measurement and any consent choices must be reviewed before a material tracking change.

Remote delivery

Faith Forge Labs operates from the United States. We do not claim Australian premises, local licensure, certifications or guaranteed business results. Project language, meetings and technical delivery are agreed in the proposal. Translation or specialist review is arranged separately where needed.

Project agreements

Scope, fees, payment, intellectual-property rights, third-party costs, acceptance, maintenance and support are agreed before work begins. Content on this website is general information, not a binding quote or a promise of immediate availability.

Advice and demonstration examples

Our guides and examples help plan digital work. They are not legal, tax, accounting, privacy or regulatory advice. Your qualified advisers should approve relevant requirements. Demonstrations use illustrative scenarios and are not client case studies.

Accessibility and corrections

If a page or form is difficult to use, contact us by email and describe the task and device. You can also send a project enquiry directly by email. Please report factual errors so we can review them.
