Software work for the process your business has outgrown

The right engagement may be a focused repair, an integration, a customer portal, an internal tool, or a new web application. We choose after understanding the work.

Websites and portals

Build a public site that helps a customer make a decision, or a secure portal that lets the right person see orders, documents, account details, service progress, or support history. A portal should reduce repeated phone calls and emails without creating another disconnected source of information.

Typical work includes account access, role-based views, forms, document exchange, payment links, customer updates, content management, analytics, accessibility, and connections to the system that already owns the underlying record.

Custom software and internal tools

Replace a fragile spreadsheet or inbox-driven process with a clear place to receive work, assign responsibility, approve changes, track exceptions, and see what is waiting. Examples include job intake, quoting, approvals, case handling, asset records, service requests, reporting, and document control.

Automation and integrations

Connect the systems your team already uses so information does not have to be copied by hand. That may involve CRM, email, accounting, payments, storage, identity, calendars, e-commerce, messaging, or a vendor API. The scope defines which system owns each record, what happens when a sync fails, and how a person can correct it.

AI-assisted systems

Some processes benefit from assisted search, summarising a long record, sorting incoming requests, drafting a response, or finding relevant internal material. These features are only useful when a person can review the source, correct an error, protect sensitive information, and remain responsible for the final decision.

Repair and modernization

An existing application does not always need a rebuild. I can trace a recurring failure, make a release safer, reduce a risky dependency, repair an integration, improve test coverage, or document a staged modernisation path that keeps the business operating.

Tell me what is failing now, who feels the impact, which systems are involved, and what outcome matters most. The first recommendation may be smaller than the project you expected.
