What Faith Forge Labs is responsible for

The written scope identifies the software, pages, integrations, environments, tests, release steps, documentation, and support included in the engagement. I am responsible for making technical risks visible, protecting access appropriately, testing the agreed behaviour, and reporting limitations honestly.

What the client remains responsible for

Your business confirms that it has authority to provide the systems, accounts, records, content, data, and instructions used in the work. Your team also chooses the business rules: who may see information, how long records are kept, how prices and refunds work, what counts as acceptance, and who can approve a release.

Faith Forge Labs does not provide Australian legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, privacy, procurement, accessibility-certification, immigration, sanctions, export, or certified-translation advice. If one of those questions affects the build, the client obtains qualified advice and supplies the confirmed requirement.

Remote-service boundary

Faith Forge Labs operates from the United States. This site does not represent an Australian office, Australian employees, local incorporation, local licensing, or an in-country support operation. Meeting coverage, incident response, hosting location, subcontractors, vendors, and support hours are agreed for the specific project.

What a proposal settles

Price, schedule, payment stages, ownership, providers, data handling, security responsibilities, acceptance, warranty, support, and cancellation terms belong in the written agreement. Technical work can improve a process, but it cannot guarantee revenue, search rankings, customer adoption, regulatory approval, certification, uninterrupted vendor service, or legal compliance.

If these boundaries do not fit the project, that should be clear before either side commits time or money.
